荷泽市托幼机构微生物污染状况调查

Survey on microbial contamination in kindergartens and nurseries in Heze city.

目的 了解菏泽市托幼机构微生物污染状况,加强托幼机构的预防性消毒工作。方法 2000年对菏泽市城区34家托幼机构中90个班的教室室内空气,物体表面、餐饮具、保育员手进行了抽样检测。细菌菌落总数检验方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》进行。结果 共检样品577份,菌落总数合格率为40.73％,室内空气、物体表面、餐饮具和保育员手的合格率依次为18.89％、56.74％、49.09％和25.00％。结论 不同类别托幼机构之间微生物污染状况有明显差异,国营专业托儿所的合格率较高,个体托儿所较差。

[Objective] To learn the microbial contamination in kindergartens and nurseries in Heze and to strengthen the preventive sterilization work. [ Methods] The indoor air, surface of objects, tableware and hands of nurses were randomly examined in 90 classes of 34 kindergartens and nurseries in Heze in 2000. [ Results ] Among the 577 tested samples, 40. 73 % were qualified on the total number of bacteria community, 18.89% on indoors air, 56.74% on surface of objects, 49.09% on tableware, 25.00% on hands of nurses. [Conclusion] The microbial contamination is significantly different among different categories of kindergartens and nurseries. The qualification rate of state - owned kindergartens and surgeries is higher than that of the individual ones.
