摘要
该文首先对矿山表外矿资源利用的意义和可行性进行了阐述 ,然后在对矿山生产的技术经济特征进行深入分析的基础上 ,综合地运用成本效益比较法、边际分析法和机会成本分析法 ,建立了矿山表外矿可利用性临界品位计算的数学模型。模型突破了只有在矿山生产能力有富余时才能利用表外矿的分析观念 ,导出了在生产能力满负荷时的临界品位计算公式 ,从而为更充分地利用矿产资源提供了分析、评价依据。该研究应用所建立的模型对江西某露天铜矿山表外矿资源可利用性进行了技术经济分析 ,其分析结果对此矿山表外矿利用决策具有较高的参考价值 ,并且 ,这一应用成果为模型的推广提供了操作案例。
With the fast growing economic development in China, the problem of how to supply sufficient mineral resources becomes increasingly imperative. Meanwhile, the market oriented economic development makes mine's management concern more about the economic efficiency of resource utilization. Therefore, increasing attention is paid to the utilization of mine's low grade ore, which, in this study, is defined as the ore whose grade is below the minimum industrial grade. The paper firstly makes a detailed study of the technological economic characteristics of mining production. And then, several mathematical models are established which can be used to calculate the critical grades, cost revenue analysis of comprehensively using, opportunity cost analysis and incremental analysis. The new method gets rid of the traditional idea that the low grade ore can not be used unless a mine has surplus capacity, and gives a formula for the calculation of critical grade when a mine is operating under full capacity. And then the new method is applied to analysis the utilization of low-grade resource in an open pit copper mine in Jiangxi Province. The analytical results are thought to be very useful for the management decision making, which provides an operational example for further researches.
