摘要
利用有限元的方法,研究了圆形和椭圆形两种变形对称双脊波导在TE模式下对传输特性影响.计算了脊的尺寸变化时的截止波长和单模带宽,给出了主模场结构图以及变形对截止波长和单模带宽影响的相应的关系曲线,并分析传输特性随对称脊波导结构尺寸的变化情况.这些研究表明,能够对变形双脊波导的应用和研究提供有价值的参考,并且将为脊波导器件的小型化提供有力指导.
Using finite element method, this paper investigates the influence of two kinds of deformed double ridged waveguides in the shape of ellipse and circle in TE mode on the transmission characteristics of the waveguide. It calculates the cutoff wavelength and single-mode bandwidth when the ridge dimensions vary and gives the field patterns of dominant mode and the curve corresponding to the relevant effects of the transfiguration. It is shown that these studies can provide valuable reference to the application and study of the deformed double-ridge waveguide and provide instructions for miniaturization of ridged waveguide apparatuses.
