摘要
经过国内外数据分析 ,认为环境保护投入拉动内需按平均消费倾向计算乘数为了左右 ,按边际消费倾向计算乘数为1.51。最后提出了政策建议。
We analyses internal and external data and found that average consumption trend coefficient is 3 and marginal consumption trend coefficient is 1.51 when we promote intrrnal demand with environmental protection invest.At last we gire some policy suggests.
