摘要
无机膜反应器不受化学热力学平衡转化率的限制 ,将其应用于甲烷水蒸汽重整法制氢 ,可以放宽反应条件 ,提高转化率。主要针对在无机膜反应器上进行的甲烷 -水蒸汽的重整反应进行了理论分析 ,并就反应参数的变化可能对反应产生的影响进行了数学模拟 ,考察了 Damkohler准数、水碳比、吹扫比和分离因子对甲烷转化率的影响 。
Since inorganic membrane reactor is not limited by the conversion rate of chemical and thermal equilibriums, the application of the reactor into the methane steam reforming of hydrogen can lower down the requirements for reaction conditions and improve the conversion rate. Theoretical analysis is made to the reaction of methane steam reforming based on inorganic membrane reactor and to the possible influence of various changing parameters on the reaction is simulated numerically. Besides, investigations are made on the influence of Damkohler number, water coal ratio, sweep ratio, separation factor and other parameters on the conversion rate of methane. Suggestions are put forward to optimize the reaction of inorganic membrane reactor.
