摘要 为了探讨河蟹工厂化无公害育苗技术 ,在河蟹育苗水体中施用复合型活菌生物净水剂 ,按照试验和正常生产条件两种方法 ,经过 1 2和 1 4d的试验 ,从河蟹的氵蚤状幼体变态到大眼幼体 ,其结果表明 :( 1 )在河蟹育苗中施用复合型活菌生物净水剂可以降低育苗水体中的氨氮 39.44%、亚硝酸氮37.5 0 % ;( 2 )提高幼体变态率 1 0个百分点以上 ;( 3)可以减少换水量 80 %、减少用药量 5 0 %以上 ;( 4 ) In order to explore the techniques of river crab ( Eriocheir Sinensis ) factory breeding, compound biological water purifiers with live bacteria were used in the breeding waters of river crabs. Experiments were made respectively under the trial and normal breeding conditions in a 12 and 14 day test period, with the changes from zoeae to megalopa larvae being observed. Results showed that: (1) the use of compound biological water purifiers could reduce ammonia nitrogen by 39.44% and nitrite nitrogen by 37 .50% in the breeding waters; (2) the metamorphosis rate of larvae were increased by over 10%; (3) the water changing amount and the medicine used could be reduced by over 50%; and (4) the hazard free factory breeding of river crabs could be achieved by using compound biological water purifiers in breeding waters.
