摘要 目的:设计出一种合成三肽的方案;方法:采用二酰氯法;结果:合成三肽三种,均经质谱、红外光谱、核磁共 振和元素分析证实.结论:此法适用于酸性氨基酸的三肽合成. Arm: to search for a protocol for synthesis of tripeptide. Method: dicarbonyl dichloride method was used to synthesize tripep-tides. Results: three kinds of tripeptides were successfully synthesized and identified by mass spectrometry, infrared spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance and element analysis respectively. Conclusion: the protocol developed by the author is useful and suitable for synthesis of tripeptides from acidic aminoacids.
