摘要
土壤试样中,放射性核素铀钍经酸溶分解后,制成酸性混合溶液,用TBP萃淋树脂萃取分离干扰元素并富集微量铀、钍,采用盐酸和蒸馏水分别洗脱钍、铀.在盐酸介质中,用偶氮胂Ⅲ显色,于波长660 nm处测定钍络合物的吸光度;在pH=8时,用5-Br-PADAP-OP溶液显色,于波长580 nm处测定铀络合物的吸光度.该方法简便、快速、准确.检出限分别为铀0.08μg/g,钍0.05 μg/g.
Radioactivity nuclide uranium and thorium in soil are disolved by acid; make up acidity mixed solution, separate interference element and enrich microelement uranium thorium by use of TBP extraction colophony , fractionation wash-renegade uranium and thorium by adopting hydrochloric acid and distilled water, in hydrochloric acid medium; use Arsenazo ffl to display colour, determine absorbency of complex compound of thorium when wavelength is 660nm; on pH = 8, use 5-Bi-PADAP-OP to display colour, determine absorbency of complex compound of uranium when wavelength is 580nm. This method is simple and convenient with celerity and nicety. The detection limits for uranium and throium are respectively 0. 08Ag/g and 0. 05u,g/g.
