摘要
采用水溶液氧化沉淀法,试制了Ni(OH)3粉末材料.实验选用Na2O2等多种氧化剂与无水NiCO3,NiSO4·6H2O等四种镍盐发生反应,比较了制取高纯氢氧化高镍的反应效果及结果,并从中确立了较合理的氧化剂和镍盐配方.在此基础上,分析了反应液温度和反应液pH值两个主要参数对氢氧化高镍生成的影响,确立了制取氢氧化高镍的基本方法.
[Ni(OH)j] powder has been manufactured by oxidization-precipitataion from an aqueous solution. Many oxidizers, including NaiOi are used to react with four nickel salts, such as anhydrous nickelic carbonate and NiSO46H2O. A comparsion has been made between effectiveness and results of these reactions, and relatively reasonable oxidizers and formulation of nickel salts are established here from. Based on these experiments, the influence of both temperature and pH on the synthesis of nickelic hydroxide are analyzed. A fundamental method for preparation of nickelic hydroxide has been made.
