磨料磨损若干问题的试验研究

摘要 研究了材料在不同硬度和粒度磨料磨损条件下的磨损特性,提出和解释了软硬磨料磨损机理转换的概念,建立了大小磨粒磨损系统发生磨料磨损的模型,分析讨论了软硬磨料磨损机理的关系和转换的条件以及大小磨粒磨损系统的磨损形式和对材料耐磨性的影响,对耐磨材料的开发和耐磨部件的强化提供了有益的启示. Wear characteristics of material under condition of different hardness and thickness in abrasive wear system are researched. The concept of translation on soft/hard abrasive wear mechanism is put forward and explained. The models of thick/thin grain abrasive wear system are built and described. The relations of soft/hard abrasive wear mechanism, the conditions of mechanism translation, wear modes and the influence of wearability of material are analyzed and discussed. These are revelatory for developing new abrasive-resistant materials and intensifying abrasive-resistant machine parts.
