指出产权不同实现形式存在的原因是由于交易费用 ,分析了影响公有产权效率的主要因素和公有制有效实现形式必须解决的矛盾问题 。

Because of transaction costs,there are various forms of realizing property right. It is analysed what are the major factors influencing the efficiency of public property right and what contradictions should be solved if a form is effective,and suggested that share holder system is an effective form of realizing public ownership at present.
