A Comparative Study of Transnational Amalgamate and Intellectual Alliance of International Bank

摘要银行业是适应大规模经济的行业之一 ,其具体途径主要就是并购与联盟 (产品联盟和知识联盟 )。通过对并购与知识联盟的比较研究 ,我们发现银行知识联盟的适应性愈来愈强 ,并对银行并购形成了强大的冲击和挑战。
