我国企业家职业化的探讨

Entrepreneurs' Professionalization In China

企业家对企业的发展与兴衰起着举足轻重作用,当前探讨我国企业家的职业化问题具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文通过调查研究,得出如下结论:我国至今没有真正形成一支职业化的企业家队伍,对企业家异质型人力资本的供给、对异质型人力资本的需求以及存在一个竞争性市场这三个条件是企业家市场化和职业化的三个基本条件。根据这三个基本条件,本文针对当前企业家现状和问题提出了在我国实现企业家职业化的设想和对策。

Entrepreneurs have important effects on developing and booming of firms, so probing into their professional-ization in China hits great theoretic and practical significance. Based on not having a professionalized entrepreneur troops to this day in China, the writers figure that supply and need for idiosyncratic human capital as well as a competitive market are three basic conditions to have entrepreneurs professionalized. Finally this article presents some assumptions and countermea-sures to realize entrepreneurs' professionalization.
