摘要
通过对五组齿形误差的实际测量数据所进行的统计分析 ,得出了其测量过程是一种非平稳随机过程的结论。而且由此发现综合齿形误差中存在有递增的系统误差 ,并初步分析了其产生的原因。
This article statistically analyses the measuring data of indentiform error of five groups and concludes that the measuring process is an unsteady stochastic process.The conclusion leads to the finding of progressive increasing system errors which exists in the comprehensive indentiform errors and the cause is also analysed.Finally,the article estabilshes the fit-into line function of the equal value of indentiform errors and a resonance wave function model with relatively high preciseness on the basis of the least square method.
