径向基函数神经网络是一种拓扑结构简单、学习过程透明的神经网络模型。在本文中 ,把它应用到ERP的安全供货库存量的决策中 ,不仅避免了BP神经网络模型固有的缺陷 ,而且在实际的应用过程中对其隐层节点的生成方式作了控制 ,优化了其结构 ,简化了其权值矩阵 ,提高了运算速度。

Radial Basis Function Neural Network is a kind of Neural Networks which have simple topological structure and clear learn procedure.In this paper, it will be applied in the decision of safe stocks in ERP, which not only avoiding the inherent defect of BP models,but also controlling the creation mode of its nodes in the application ,optimizing its structure ,simplifying its weight matrix ,and accelerating its operation speed.
