摘要
介绍了以芹菜为原料,采用圆滚碾压成型的方法来生产蔬菜纸,并且分析了芹菜纸中粘合剂的使用情况以及烘烤温度及时间对它们的影响。
In this paper, the principle and the operating essentials of drum pressing forming used in producing vegetable paper are introduced. When the celery as the raw material, the condition of using stabilizing agent in them was analyzed. At the same time, the baking time and temperature of the vegetable paper were studied.
