摘要
高校“两课”建设问题,涉及到对“两课”性质、特点的科学认识,同时也涉及到教育和人才培养中的地位和作用。就“两课”建设存在的问题,结合实际提出建设性的意见。
The 'two couises' construction in colleges and Universities not only involves the scientific realizatior of its Characteristics and peculiarities, but the positions and functions of the education and the fostering of the talents. Some saggestions are proposed in combination with the cucrrent situatcis on the analysis of the problems in the' Two -courses'.
