摘要
采用盆栽试验和统计分析方法对施肥与不施肥两种情况下干旱胁迫对棉花苗期的生长及养分吸收进行了研究和探讨。结果表明 :水分与养分及其耦合效应对棉花早期的生长都具有显著的影响 ;干旱胁迫或养分不足都显著降低棉花生物学产量 ,阻碍植株对氮、磷、钾养分的吸收与积累 ;充足的水分是肥料效应充分体现的基础 ,而充足的养分又是提高水分利用率的必要条件。同时 ,棉花早期生长水分效应 >肥料效应 。
Pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of water and fertilizer on cotton. The results of statistics analysis showed that the effects of water or fertilizer or their interaction to cotton biological yield were all significant; water stress or fertilizer deficiency inhibited the growth of cotton and nutrient absorption prominently; suitable water content improved fertilizer utilization, and suitable amount of fertilizer improved water utilization. At the same time, during the early stage of cotton growth, the effect of water was stronger than fertilizer.
