摘要
介绍了在水稻研究中常用的 4种分子标记 RFL R,RAPD,AFL P和 SSR,综述了这 4种分子标记在我国野生稻群体遗传结构。
An introduction was given on RFLP(Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism), RAPD (Radom Amplified Polymorphic DNAs), AFLP (Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism) and SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) and their applications in group genetic structure, genetic variation and conservation and utilization of wild rice.
