通过对内稳态及有关疾病观的回顾，探讨内稳态与疾病的关系。提出稳态医学疾病观，即一切疾病的发生皆是自稳失衡的表现，并据此提出稳态治疗观，即疾病的治疗目的应是恢复自稳，要重视亚稳态及畸形稳态的纠偏与调治。探讨了其在治疗及中医药等研究领域的意义。

This paper presents retrospect on homeostasis and concept of disease and exploration on the relationship between homeostasis and diseases. The authors put forward the disease concept in steady-state medicine, that is, the occurrence of all diseases is the manifestation of absence of homeostasis Based on this, the authors put forward the concept of steady-state treatment, i. e. the purpose of treatment is to restore homeostasis and attach importance to the regulation of sub-steady state and deformed stability.
