摘要
从城市规划建设的角度 ,探索资源型城市可持续发展战略 ,对于提高城市规划建设的科学合理性 ,有着直接的现实意义 ,也影响着城市未来的发展 ,关系到城市的长久繁荣。必须用市场经济观点指导城市规划建设 ;城市规划建设必须适应“两个根本性转变”的要求 ,以服务经济发展为目标 ;必须把城市规划建设摆在社会经济发展的全局中 。
It's of realistic sense to probe into the strategy of sustainable development in resource cities from the point of view for municipal plan and construction.Municipal plan and construction must be directed by market economy standpoints,suit the requirement of two fundamental changes,aim to serve the economic development and be placed in the whole development of economy and society.
