用“三个代表”思想审视党的 80年历史 ,无论是执政之前的革命时期 ,还是执政以后的建设时期 ,党之所以能够从曲折转向顺利 ,从失败走向成功 ,其主要原因是随着革命和建设实践的发展 ,党对“三个代表”所涉及的一些基本问题有了全面而又深刻的理解和认识 ,并在此基础上 ,创立了与中国革命和建设时期的基本国情相适应的、能够代表革命和建设时期中国各部分先进生产力发展要求和各部分人民根本利益的先进制度文化 ,即新民主主义先进制度文化和有中国特色的社会主义先进制度文化 ,从而把革命和建设引向了胜利。

It is the chief cause for CPC to understand and grasp the elemental matters referred to “thre three representatives” under which to found thc advanced institution culture being suitable to the state of a country and able to represent the developing requirement of the advanced productivity and the benifit of all people,in the periods of the revolution and construction,with the development of their practices,so as to make itself from the failure to the victory,from the dark to light,whether in power or not.
