摘要
在西部大开发中必须调整和完善现有的金融政策 ,国家要通过实行宏观金融政策和区域金融政策来解决资金问题 ;西部地方政府要和国家宏观金融政策相协调 ,并制定切合西部地方经济发展特点的地方金融政策。
This paper showes that the existing financial policy should be adjusted and improved to solve the fund problems by carrying out the general and regional financial policies in the development of western part;that regional government should keep accordance with the general financial policy and set up the regional financial policy suitable to the economic development peculiarity in western part.
