当前 ,在全国公安机关开展的“三项教育”是实践江总书记“三个代表”重要思想的实际行动 ,其核心问题就是要把始终代表最广大人民群众的根本利益的要求坚定不移地贯彻于“三项教育”的始终 ,并自觉地把群众拥护不拥护 ,赞成不赞成 ,满意不满意作为检验“三项教育”是否取得成效的最高标准。
