论计算机犯罪猖獗的原因及对策

Causes and Countermeasures to the Rampant Computer-related Crime

随着世界计算机技术的发展及计算机的普及应用 ,计算机犯罪日益增加 ,其危害之大 ,后果之严重 ,令人触目惊心。究其原因 ,一是计算机技术自身的特点 ;二是利益驱动 ;三是犯罪者的不良心态 ;四是缺乏有效的管理和控制手段。而要遏制日益猖獗的计算机犯罪活动 ,就必须从立法等多个方面切实采取有针对性的措施。

With the development of computer technology and wide use of it, computer-related Crime is getting increased,which resulted in severe consequence and great harm to society As to th e cause of it, one is due to the characteristics of computer itself; then, drived by profit; moreover, illicit idea of the offenders; fin ally, absense of effective ways of management and control We must a ctually adopted effective measures at pluristic level including legislat ion to control the crime.
