警风与警察学风简论

Police's General Mood and its Style of Study

在目前开展的警风学习大讨论中,对何谓警风在概念上存在着模糊认识,如果对何谓警风在认识上不能得到澄清和提高,培养和形成良好的警风就成了空话。本文从警风和学风的关系;警察学风不正的表现;端正警风的思考三方面论证开展警风学习、讨论的意义。

In the present discussion of police style of study, there's still some confused ideas about the concept of police's general mood. If it cannot be clarified, to cultivate police's good general mood will be empty talk. This paper proves the meaning of the present study and discussion from the follow three aspects, the relationship between the police's general mood and its style of study: the manisfestation of the police's improper style of study; the reflection on correcting the police's general mood.
