摘要
从一个典型的案例出发,指出规划执法中时限的重要作用,并探讨了五种不同时限的概念和特点,以及在实践工作中如何把握时限这一重要问题,为规划执法部门正确地行使行政职能提供法律依据,为行政相对人有效地保护自身合法权益提供法律支持。
Based on a typical case, thispaper points out the importance of timelimit in planning enforcement and dis-cusses the concepts and features of timelimit of five kinds. It also puts forwardsome advice on how to deal with timelimit in practice and provides legal basisfor enforcement department to exerciseits administration function.[
