“以德治国”无论在理论上还是在实践上都具有丰富而博大的内涵 ,对其进行研究和挖掘具有重要意义。从哲学的角度上讲 ,“以德治国”体现了道德认识和道德实践的统一、真理和价值的统一、手段和目的的统一 ,并且“以德治国”中必将建立起多层次的新型主客体关系。

It is important to research the idea of ruling state by morals intensively, because the idea has profound and extensive connotations not only theoretically but also practically. Philosophically, this idea reflects the unity of moral cognition and moral practice, the unity of truth and value and the unity of means and ends. Meanwhile, new multi-level relations between subject and object will be inevitably established during the process of ruling state by morals.
