近年来 ,流动人口犯罪研究主要集中于流动人口犯罪的内涵、现象、原因和对策等方面。内涵研究 ,理论界和实际管理部门存在差异 ,研究者根据自身研究的需要也存在差异。现象研究主要集中于犯罪的情况、特点、结构和分类。原因研究主要表现为常规性犯罪因素的研究 ,即个人心理、家庭、社区和经济、文化、教育、社会环境、历史等因素。对策研究主要从流动人口的迁移原因、过程、城市管理、制度变革。

The investigation of its causation, chiefly the ordinary offense, i.e. personal mind, family, community and economy, culture, education, social environment, history, The study of its countermeasure mostly deals with the floating cause and procedure, city administration, reform of the regulations and social control.
