摘要
国有企业在我国经济生活中有着举足轻重的作用和地位 ,但国有企业的经营方式 ,几经改革 ,仍不能令人满意。回顾国有企业所历经的改革 ,再看今天国有企业的公司制改造 ,我们能够深切的感受到 ,以往所经历的改革方式和正在实践的改革方式 ,严重存在着经营者损害所有者利益的倾向。
State owned enterprises play an important role in China's economy,but their management and operation is not satisfactory in spite of several reforms.Retrospecting the reforms of state owned enterprises and viewing today's corporation system reformation,we find that the reforms in the past and at present have been resulting in damages to owners' interests.How to solve this problem is focused on and discussed in the article.
