摘要
根据小型光电座的主要技术指标,以小型化、模块化设计为指导思想,选取套轴式直流永磁力矩电机和蜂窝状新型铝合金材料,设计了一种转台式两轴型光电座.该光电座主要由方位部分和俯仰部分组成.方位部分采用转台式结构,俯仰部分把光电传感器与转动轴合二为一.该小型光电座尺寸小、重量轻、刚度好、精度高,满足了系统可靠性和机动性要求.
<Abstrcat>According to the basic technical targets of small opticselectronic pedestal and the guideline of miniaturization and modularization,a direct current sleeve permanent magnetic moment electromotor and newstyle alveolate aluminiumalloy are selected to design a revolving photoelectricity pedestal of two dimensions.This photoelectricity comprises two parts of the azimuth and pitching.The part of the azimuth adopts a revolving pedestal,the part of the pitching combines a photoelectric sensor and the axis of rotation.Several characteristics of the pedestal are compact size,light weight,good ragidity and high precision.The pedestal satisfies the reliability and the maneuverability of the system.
