《词综》是朱彝尊等人精心编纂的一部著名词选。全书录有唐至元 6 5 9位词人及无名氏作品 2 2 5 3首。以南宋格律词派为正宗 ,极为推崇姜白石 ,体现出独特的选词标准 ,为“浙西词派”的词学理论奠定了基础。在校雠方面 ,勘正了有关人名、作者、作者时代的许多错误 ,也存在选词不标出处、文字差错、作者舛误。

It included 2253 Ci written by 659 Ci writers and anomymous perons from Tang to Yuan dynasty.The faction tbat emphasised the rules and from as orthodex tradition esteemed Jiang Kui highly, embodies unique standard in selection and settled the foundation for Ci theory of 'western Zhe' fation, coming tothe proofreading it proofreaded and corrected many error releven to name.author and his age,but there're lacks such as: no source, writing errors,mishap of authors,works repetition and so on.
