Combining with the result of semantics and grammar on researching the structure of 'degree adverb+noun',this essay disscusses the language phenomenon from the rhetoric aspects.It mainly demonstrates how the structure changes from the latent language phenomenon into the dominant language phenomenon from the following three aspects:(1) the dominant change of latent meaning.(2) the dominant change of latent function.(3)the dominant change of latent effect.
