被誉为“诗之《国风》 ,辞之《九歌》”的《竹枝歌》 ,本是巴渝民歌。它盛行于唐宋时期。以刘禹锡为代表的唐宋文人学习、拟作的《竹枝词》 ,对民间《竹枝歌》进行了艺术的提升 ,使之在唐宋诗中别具风韵。《竹枝歌》在民间有着顽强的生命力和灵活变通性 ,它在传承和不断变异 ,以适应新的社会生活需要。《竹枝歌》
Zhuzhici , which enjoys such a reputation as praised to be a part of the cream of Chinese poetry, is actually a Ba-Yu folk song very popular in the Tang Dynasty. Zhuzhici parodied by the Tang Dynasty scholars with Liu Yuxi as their representative artistically refined the folk people's Zhuzhici and gained its unusual gracefulness among the poetry in the Tang Dynasty. Zhuzhici with immortality and flexibility, has been evolving and altering in order to meet the changing society. Zhuzhici reveals the creative artistic capability of the Ba-Yu people.
