摘要
Adopting the perspective of disciplinary institution, this paper attempts to deconstruct the constructing and reproducing process of mainstream historical discourses in social psychology. Three factors have been found to play fundamental roles in this process, which are the elites of disciplinary institution, the symbolic hegemony of authoritative publications, and the mechanism of social forgetting. The paper concludes that it may foster insights and stimulations for the writing of intellectual historiography.
