The human resources of foreign languages are playing a more and more important role in the development and construction in Yanfu territory.This report introduces the present requirements and trends of foreign languages human resource in Yanfu territory by investigating the graduates who majored in foreign languages and their employers .It also states the characters of the requirements by analyzing the statistical data.In accordance with the above ,colleges may inprove their arrangements of ESP courses in Foreign Langvages Repts.
