The ethical capital is the existence of a special power which would bring about economical benefits in the process of economic operation, and it is a special way of capital existence. The ethical capital plays a role which cannot be replaced by any other kinds of capital, in production, exchange, distribution and consumption. Therefore, the study of the Ethical capital is especially important for the transforming China society. Thus, this paper offers another argumentation on the question.
