本文分析了影响混联法生产氧化铝碱耗的因素,提出降低碱耗的途径在于提高拜尔法矿石A/S,降低熟料折合比。

The main factors affecting soda consumption in alumina production using the Mixed-Combined Process are analyzed.The approaches to reducing soda consumption are pre-sented,such as the increase of the Al/Si ratio in ore feed subject to Bayer Process and the decrease of conversion ratio of sintered aluminiferous burden(mix)to alumina.
