摘要
文中针对劳动合同管理中存在的问题 ,分析了产生的原因及后果 ,提出加强劳动合同管理的对策与建议。
It is standard the management of unit labour contract that put forward the counter measurement and suggestion for aimming at labour contract management for the reason and consequence of being problem,since the code for labour being promdlgated.
