The as-cast bainite steel studied in this paper could obtain bainite directly in the as-cast condition through alloying and controlling the cast cooling rate without heat treatment.By simulating the as-cast condition with the CCT diagram,the relationship between the continuous cooling rate and the formation of all kinds structure was found out,and it supplies the theory basis for Mo-Nb steel to obtain bainite in the as-cast condition.
