摘要
对传统的中碳低合金耐磨铸钢的化学成分和热处理工艺进行了优化设计 ,使新材料具有较高的强度、硬度和韧性 ,因而抗冲击、抗疲劳、抗磨损性能良好。实际应用表明 ,用此种材料代替油淬和风冷中碳低合金耐磨铸钢 ,不仅生产成本低 ,而且在矿山、电力球磨机制粉等工矿条件下 。
Through optimizing design of the chemical composition and heat treatment process,a new medium carbon low alloy cast steel after water quenching was obtained with high strength,hardness and toughness,therefore,it is superior in impact-resistance,fatigue resistance and wear-resistance.The actual application shows that the new steel has low cost and a long service life and can replace the oil-quenching and air-quenching medium carbon low alloy steel.
