Thinking on Some Problems of Designing Motivation Mechanisms

摘要 企业在进行激励机制设计时 ,应以人力资源当期评估价值为基础确定企业用于人力资源激励的量 ,同时还要考虑社会平均人力资源价格水平。由于人类本性的两重性 ,人类需求的层次性、系统性、动态性以及个体需求的复杂性、特殊性 ,要求激励机制中的激励方式应多样化 ,激励机制应能随着组织的变化和人员科层的变动而相应调整。 Through the close analysis of motivation's objectives and sources, this thesis shows when a company designing and improving its motivation mechanism it should determine the amount that is used to motivate its employees based on the current value of human resources together with the social average price of human resources. Due to the dualism of man's natural instincts and the hierarchy and system and dynamic of human being needs, different motivational techniques may be effective in increasing the effort of different individuals in different situations. So the motivational techniques should be diverse. And the motivation mechanism should adjust correspondingly to the change of the organization.
