摘要
犯罪构成要件的变动 ,是由立法引起的 ,根源却在于社会的内在驱动。基于既有的研究成果 ,本文从刑法社会学的角度 。
Changes of components making up a crime caused by legislation, result from the social drive. From the angle of criminal sociology, this paper makes analysis of the issue of the necessity of social control and the extension of components making up a crime.
