论列宁和邓小平关于社会主义制度“渐变”的理论

On the Theory of Lenin and Deng Xiaoping about the Gradual Changes of the Social Institutions

列宁在苏俄新经济政策时期就社会制度“渐变”提出了关于迂回前进的理论观点,关于改“强攻”为“围攻”的理论观点,关于社会主义改良的理论观点。邓小平在我国改革开放新时期则提出了关于“改革是社会主义制度的自我完善”的理论观点,关于“根据自己的特点来决定自己的制度”的理论观点,关于防止“急性病”的理论观点。研究和掌握这些理论观点,有利于正确认识社会主义改革的有关问题。

During the period of the New Economy Policy in the Soviet Union Lenin put forth a series of theoretical ideas about the gradual changes of the social institutions which included:on outflanking the enemy ;on changing'stormming'into'besieging';on improving socialism.During the Opening and Reform in China Deng Xiaoping also put forward some similar ideas about the institutional changes as follows :on which the Reform is a course of perfecting itself in the socialism institutions;on setting our own institutions in accordance with our country's characters;on preventing'acute disease'.
