论“三个代表”与依法治国

江泽民“三个代表”重要思想是我国依法治国的指导思想,必须坚持和落实“三个代表”,大力发展生产力,建设先进的精神文明,调动人民群众积极性,为依法治国创造良好的经济条件、文化氛围和群众基础。

The article points out that the idea of'the three representing'summed up by President Jiang Zemin provided the guideline for Rule of law of China,and explores how'the three representing'ensure s that legation is scientific and advanced,administration of law and of justice is impartial,as well as law is kept widespreadly and effectively.At last the article suggests'the three representing'be insisted in and carried out,the productive force be vigorously developed,advanced cultural and ideological progress be constructed,people's activity,so as to build good economic condition,cultural atmosphere and mass base.
