Abstrat :There are lots of factors which have effects on International Finance Relations.As a predominant institution in the finance field,multinational bank and its evolution have made a notable impact on IFRs,which include four aspects-diversifying the finance channels,enhancing the instability,enlarging the difficulties in coordination and altering the structure of financial position.
