摘要
通过对星汇园潜在购房者的问卷调查及其统计分析 ,探讨了品牌形象、本体素质、户型设计和地段等因素对潜在购房者感知价值的影响 ,以及户型设计、室外环境。
By means of questionaire investigation of the potential purchasers in the Xinghuiyuan housing cluster and subsequent statistical analysis,this paper reveals the impact of the following factors on consumption value and purchase intention:the image of business establishment,noumenal quality,house style design,sector_location and external environment.
