略论加拿大劳资关系的演变

On the Evolvement of Labour-Capital Relations in Canada

本文把加拿大劳资关系的演变分为四个时期 ,通过阐述和分析双方斗争或谈判的历史事实 ,指出了各个时期劳资关系的特征。作者认为 ,加拿大劳资关系的演变表现为工人阶级社会地位的提高 。

Through elaborating and analyzing the struggle and collective bargaining between labours and capitalists,the author divides the evolvement of labour capital relations in Canada into four phases.The outcome of labour capital relations shows that the working class has gained a higher social status,but is still under the control of the capitalist class.
