论品特式房间的间离效果

品特式房间是现实与非现实相结合的矛盾体,本文试从间离效果角度对其进行解读。一方面,品特式房间还原当下的现实背景,满足人物生存的基本需求,反映了人类生活的"大现实",易使观众产生"现实生活"的幻觉;另一方面,它充满危险与迷惑,不断将观众与戏剧间离开来,促使他们利用思维,参与解谜,从而更透彻地理解戏剧本身、理解周围世界、理解他们自己。

Pinteresque room is a paradox of unreal reality upon which this paper will dwell from the perspective of alienation effect.On the one hand,the lower-class setting hypostatizes the contemporary reality,shelters the characters from hunger and cold,and brings about an illusion of 'real life' to the spectators.On the other hand,the room is a source of danger in itself,which breeds violence and battle.What is more,it bears so much ambiguity and perplexity that the spectators are constantly distanced from the play.With their illusion of 'real life' shattered,the spectators turn to the intellect for a more illuminated world.Thus,the mysterious room promotes rather than hindering their understanding of the play,of the world outside the theatre and of themselves.
