摘要
叙述了对高速公路实行信息化管理的必要性，介绍了ITS（智能运输系统）发展水平与趋势，重点讨论了如何在高速公路上实行全程智能化的管理控制以及在设计与实现中的关键性的技术，最后概括性地说明了系统的特色以及今后尚需改进的方面。
The paper firstly discusses the necessity of ITS for highway. Then several common techniques of ITS used in highway as well as the implementation of intelligent transport systems are introduced. Finally, some views on the management and control system are put forward.
